Stellaris RNA FISH Positive Control Probe Sets

Stellaris RNA FISH Positive Control Probe Sets

Positive controls specific for reference messenger RNAs and long non-coding RNAs

Stellaris RNA FISH Positive Control (ShipReady) Probe Sets significantly improve the ease of use for the Stellaris technology by providing convenient, positive controls specific for reference messenger RNAs and long non-coding RNAs (mRNAs and lncRNAs). Both qualitative (localization) and quantitative (transcript counting) controls labeled with a Quasar® 570 fluorophore or Quasar® 670 fluorophore are available in the most commonly used model organisms including Human, Mouse, C. elegans, Drosophila, and Yeast.

All Stellaris RNA FISH Positive Control (ShipReady) Probe Sets have been wet-bench validated on cultured cells or whole mount tissues to give you further confidence in your studies. They recognize RNAs from previously validated common control genes and can be used to pursue research using RNA FISH and combine them into multiplexed assays with probes targeting other RNA transcripts or even protein targets. One Stellaris RNA FISH Positive Control (ShipReady) Probe Set contains a blend of 48 oligos labeled with a Quasar® 570 fluorophore or Quasar® 670 fluorophore. The delivered amount is 1 nmol of pooled oligos (sufficient for 40-80 hybridizations).
